HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if you are not, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging and tags intact.

You must let us know you wish to return the item within 14 days of receipt, and the goods must be returned within 14 days from the date you have told us.

Please ensure you contact the Customer Service Team BEFORE sending a return back to us.

Alternatively, we can arrange a collection with our courier, for a charge of £6.95 per box. Once these goods have been received at our warehouse, we will credit the cost of the returned products less the £9.95 collection fee(s). If you would like us to arrange a collection, please mention this when contacting customer service.

Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to or, or where relevant, the cost of us collecting the products from you. we strongly suggest that you obtain proof of postage from the Postal Office when you return it and use a trackable postage service.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN

You can return any full priced or sale items purchased within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding any postage costs. 

All items returned must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed with their original packaging and still have the original tags attached.

If you have a faulty item, please get in touch with our customer service team via our contact us page.

In case the goods are found to be used, misused or damaged on return, we reserve the right to issue you partial refund or no refund at all. If an error does occur with us sending an incorrect item out (type, size, colour) or faulty then we hold the right for the incorrect item to be sent back before we send the correct one out. We refund postage in this only case.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE REFUNDED?

You will be refunded the full price that you paid for the goods. When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly, any discounted amount will not be refunded and you will only be refunded the amount you paid.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We try to process returns as quickly as possible; we will notify you by email once your return has been processed. During busy periods this could take up to 14 days from when we receive the goods.
